Are your products made to order?

Yes. All TRB products, unless specified otherwise, are all made to order specifically for each customer as orders are placed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because order production begins quickly, if you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. Please double-check your size, address and order details before completing checkout.

Do you restock items?

Some popular designs may return, but at The Royal Blue we strive to provide current and new items in new drops with different athletes and schools so we can provide new looks throughout the year.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a sizing chart in the images. We strongly recommend reviewing it before ordering as items are made to order.

What if my item doesn't fit?

We offer size or item exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is not final sale or marked as preorder and matches all the requirements as listed on our Returns and Exchanges Page

Jerseys

Are jerseys returnable?

Jerseys are listed as final sale due to customization and are made to order. In select cases, exchanges may be approved. These are decided case-by-case. Please refer to our return & exchange page for any further questions.

Are your jerseys official?

Yes. Our jerseys are officially and legally licensed with BYU and with each athlete.

Do athletes get NIL from your jerseys?

Yes. All items (including jerseys) that use the name, image or likeness of a BYU athlete will benefit that athlete. Purchasing an athlete's item shows your support to the athlete and BYU athletics.

Can I request a customized jersey?

At this time, we do not offer customized jerseys. We are working on finding ways to offer personalized jerseys. We are also looking into officially licensed BYU jerseys of BYU legends. Any updates will be announced through our social media pages.

Licensing & Association

Are you affiliated with BYU?

The Royal Blue is an independent apparel brand that is officially licensed to produce BYU merchandise and BYU jerseys. While we are not owned or operated by BYU, all of our products are approved and licensed through the University.

Are your products sold in the BYU Store?

Yes! Select TRB products are carried in the Official BYU Store and on the BYU Store website along with our own website.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

As items are made to order, production time varies depending on the current demand. Production typically takes 1-4 business days. Shipping then takes 1-5 days within the United States. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but may vary during high-volume drops or launches.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We do offer international shipping. At checkout, enter your address to see shipping rates.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. When we create a shipping label, you will receive an automated email with the tracking number.

What do I do if my tracking information says that my tracking is not available or invalid?

You will receive your tracking information when we purchase a shipping label. It can often take several hours after USPS picks up the package to scan it into their system. If you check the tracking site before they scan your package, it will list the track as not available or that the tracking is invalid. During weekends and busy seasons, it can take up to 48 hours to be scanned into USPS's system. If you don't receive an update after 48 hours, please contact us through our Contact Us page, or via email: info@theroyalblue.co

Truwear & Truwear Products

Will my Truwear hat come with my shirts I ordered?

Yes. Previously, Truwear was responsible for shipping any Truwear products from their warehouse. After suggestions from our customers and a thorough review conducted by our team, we now ship and handle all products on our site.

FanStreet

What is FanStreet?

As you may know, The Royal Blue started out as the Official NIL Collective for BYU started by BYU's biggest donors to help BYU traverse through the beginning of the NIL era. As the NIL landscape evolved, so did we. We built The Royal Blue to be something bigger than a collective. We built a brand whose mission was at the center of fans, athletes and culture. FanStreet is the expansion of The Royal Blue. TRB will remain, but FanStreet will grow as we grow and license with more universities. College sports created the culture.
