At The Royal Blue every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we operate under an exchange-only policy.

Please read through our policy for all questions regarding returns and exchanges.

Exchanges

How long do I have to make an Exchange request?
Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
What items can I exchange for?
Items may be exchange for different sizes or for a different item of equal value.
What if the item I want to exchange is out of stock?
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If you are curious about a product, please contact our team.

Exchange Eligibility

What are the conditions for exchanges?
Products to be eligible for exchange must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, free of odors, stains and/or damage.
I bought an item marked as final sale or preorder; can I exchange it?
All items listed as Final Sale or Preorder are NOT eligible for exchange.

Refunds

Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds.
What do I do if I received the wrong or damaged item?
If you received the wrong or a damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we can replace it with a new/correct item. We will have you send the item back and will immediately send a new item to you.

Jerseys

Are jerseys returnable?
Jerseys are listed as final sale due to customization and are made to order. In select cases, exchanges may be approved. These are decided case-by-case. Please refer to our return & exchange page for any further questions.

Exchange Process

How do I initiate an exchange?
Please visit our exchange request page and contact us by filling out the contact information.
How long does it take to hear back?
Our returns & exchanges team will review your request and will respond within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday. If it is approved, you will receive a shipping label and/or any needed information. If it is declined, they will inform you why it is declined.
When will my exchange item be shipped out?
Once the item(s) you are returning are received at our warehouse, our warehouse will release your new items.

Additional Notes

Do I need to get exchange approval?
Yes. All exchanges must be approved. Any unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
What if I return an item that isn't eligible for return?
The Royal Blue reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the Return & Policy's requirements.
What if I didn't know about the return policy beforehand?
By making a purchase from The Royal Blue, you agree to the Return & Exchange Policy

Policy for International Exchanges

Can I get an exchange for an item sent to an international address?
Yes. You are able to request an exchange for an item that was sent to an international address. The policy defers in the fact that for international exchanges, the customer will be responsible to pay for the item's return and exchange shipping due to high international shipping costs. That payment will be calculated and will need to be paid prior to the exchange process beginning.
